In this globalization era that characterized by science and technology and the
opening of the free market requires mastery of soft skills’ support. Collaborative skill is one
of the essential soft skills for students so that they can cooperate in a team to achieve goals
and competition. NHT as one part of a clump of cooperative learning is deemed able to lead

skills of students in top schools and regular. The p-value of the learning model factor = 0.00;
factor type of school = 0,003; and the interaction between them 0.25 so it concluded that the
learning model and the type of school effect on students’ collaboration skills. Further test
results of t tests showed that one-on-one skills of students in the learning NHT cooperate
better than conventional.
