Abstract

This Research aim to to get the evidence there is do not it him experience influence teach the teacher, and headmaster leadership to performance learn the SD of Subdistrict of Pity Bantul of either through by ex self and also together. Research population is teacher of SD of Subdistrict of Pity of Regency Bantul amounting to 130 people. Instrument which dugunakan in this research is enquette used to measure the variable of teacher performance, experience teach the teacher and headmaster leadership. Result of hypothesis examination indicate that: ( 1) experience teach the teacher have an effect on to performance learn the SD of Subdistrict of Pity of Regency Bantul, ( 2) headmaster leadership have an effect on to performance learn the SD of Subdistrict of Pity of Regency Bantul, and ( 3) by together experience teach the teacher, and headmaster leadership have an effect on to performance learn the SD of Assistive Regency Pity Subdistrict
