Program Pencegahan Penanganan Bullying Di SD Negeri 2 Pangkal Pinang Evaluasi Model Stake

Kekerasan terhadap peserta didik di satuan pendidikan merupakan krisis yang memprihatinkan dan memerlukan keterlibatan seluruh pihak, termasuk orang tua, pendidik, masyarakat, dan pemerintah. Sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab, Kemendikbud menerbitkan Permendikbud Nomor 82 Tahun 2015 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Tindak Kekerasan di Lingkungan Satuan Pendidikan guna menciptakan rasa aman bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan (PPK) di SD Negeri 2 Pangkal Pinang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Evaluasi program dilakukan menggunakan model Stake langkah-langkah aspek Konteks Awal, Proses Pelaksanaan, dan Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program PPK telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan skor rata-rata 79%. Namun, keterlibatan guru dan tenaga kependidikan masih perlu ditingkatkan agar program berjalan lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan. Evaluasi rutin serta integrasi program ke dalam kurikulum diperlukan untuk mewujudkan budaya sekolah yang aman dan peduli. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi sekolah dan pihak terkait dalam memperkuat upaya pencegahan kekerasan di lingkungan pendidikan.
