Implementasi Pembiasaan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dalam Upaya Membangun Karakter Disiplin Peserta Didik di SDN Banjarsari 5

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembiasaan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dalam upaya membangun karakter disiplin peserta didik di SDN Banjarsari 5. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan subjek kepala sekolah, guru kelas V, dan peserta didik kelas V. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan kegiatan pembiasaan PHBS dilakukan dengan menetapkan tujuan dan sasaran, merancang kegiatan dan jadwal pelaksanaannya, dan evaluasi; 2) proses pembiasaan PHBS dilakukan secara rutin, terprogram, spontan, dan melalui keteladanan; 3) faktor pendukung pembiasaan PHBS adalah pengetahuan dan sikap peserta didik, peran guru, dukungan orang tua, serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, adapun faktor penghambat meliputi perbedaan pemahaman peserta didik, pengaruh teman sebaya, dan lingkungan kurang mendukung; 4) karakter disiplin hidup bersih dan sehat peserta didik tercermin melalui perilaku menjaga kebersihan diri, kesehatan tubuh, dan kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Dengan demikian, pembiasaan PHBS efektif dalam memperkuat karakter disiplin peserta didik secara fisik maupun nonfisik.
