Abstract

Learning that took place at Mandungan State Elementary School in general went well and smoothly. This is evident in teacher preparation in the form of lesson plans. The teacher’s role during learning occurs as a motivator, regulator, administrator and evaluator at the same time. The teacher’s evaluation process, especially to assess attitudes, still faces obstacles, especially the evaluation tool and its filing. The evaluation tool used is still limited to measuring attitude knowledge and not measuring the attitude itself. The root of the problem is the teacher's ability to formulate and develop non-test evaluation tools to measure the success of attitudes. On the other hand, administratively the completeness of the non-test evaluation has not been properly organized and archived in accordance with archival rules. With this research, teachers are equipped with the ability to formulate and compile non-test evaluation tools as well as the filing process. The purpose of this research is that teachers have the ability to formulate and develop non-test evaluation tools to measure attitudes and be able to file properly according to archival rules.
