KEEFEKTIFAN MODEL MAKE A MATCH TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA PELAJARAN IPA TEMA 5 KELAS V SDN JATINGALEH 01 SEMARANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran Make A Match terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA tema 5 kelas V SDN Jatingaleh 01 Semarang. Model pembelajaran Make A Match merupakan salah satu alternatif model pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa rata-rata pretest 122,692 dan rata-rata posttest 136,538. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah model pembelajaran Make A Match diterapkan, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata motivasi belajar. Hasil uji t juga menunjukkan ð‘¡â„Žð‘–ð‘¡ð‘¢ð‘›ð‘” > ð‘¡ð‘¡ð‘Žð‘ð‘’ð‘™Â yaitu 5,9676 > 2,060 maka H0 ditolak dan Hð‘Ž diterima. Artinya Model Make A Match efektif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA tema 5 kelas V SDN Jatingaleh 01 Semarang. Model pembelajaran Make AMatch selain dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar, juga mendapat respon positif dari siswa. Hasil angket respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Make A Match mendapatkan respon positif sebesar 82,69% dari siswa yang menjawab “Ya†dan 17,31% sisanya menjawab “Tidakâ€.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Make A Match learning model on students' motivation in the 5th grade science lesson in class V SDN Jatingaleh 01 Semarang. Make A Match learning model is an alternative learning model that can be applied by teachers in teaching and learning activities. This research method is quantitative research. Based on the data obtained, it is known that the average pretest is 122,692 and the posttest average is 136,538.This shows that after the Make A Match learning model is applied, there is an increase in the average learning motivation. The results of the t test also show ð‘¡ð‘ð‘œð‘¢ð‘›ð‘¡ > ð‘¡ð‘¡ð‘Žð‘ð‘™ð‘’ which is 5,9676 > 2,060 then H0 is rejected and Hð‘Ž is accepted. This means that the Make A Match Model is effective against students' learning motivation in the 5th grade science theme lesson V SDN Jatingaleh 01 Semarang. Make A Match learning model besides being able to increase learning motivation, also received a positive response from students. The results of student responses to the Make A Match learning model received a positive response of 82.69% of students who answered "Yes" and the remaining 17.31% answered "No".
