PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DALAM MENERAPKAN MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN MELALUI SUPERVISI KLINIS

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui pelaksanaan supervisi klinis sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja guru dalam menerapkan manajemen pembelajaran pada SD Baturetno Kabupaten Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017, dan (2) meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menerapkan manajemen pembelajaran melalui pelaksanaan supervisi klinis pada SD Baturetno Kabupaten Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang dilakukan di SD Baturetno Kabupaten Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas II dan kelas III yang berjumlah sebanyak 4 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dilakukan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu konferensi pra observasi, tahap observasi, dan tahap konferensi pasca observasi. Pada siklus I, ketuntasan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 50% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 74,4. Pada siklus I, nilai terendah adalah 65,6 dan nilai tertinggi 82,4. Hal ini belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena hasil yang diharapkan sekurang-kurangnya ketuntasan yang diharapkan > 80%, dengan nilai guru > 75. Pada siklus II, ketuntasan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 100% dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,8. Nilai terendah 76,8 dan nilai tertinggi 90,4. Hal ini sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena hasil yang diharapkan seudah mencapai ketuntasan yang diharapkan > 80%, dengan nilai guru > 75.

Abstract
The objectives of this research are: (1) to know the implementation of clinical supervision as an effort to improve teacher performance in applying learning management at Baturetno Elementary School of Bantul Regency in Lesson Year 2016/2017, and (2) to improve teacher's performance in applying learning management through the implementation of clinical supervision on SD Baturetno Regency of Bantul Lesson 2016/2017. This research is a School Action Research conducted at SD Baturetno Bantul Regency Lesson Year 2016/2017. Subjects in this study were second and third grade teachers who numbered as many as 4 people. Data collection method used is observation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision conducted in 3 stages, namely pre-observation conference, observation stage, and post-observation conference stage. In cycle I, the obtained mastery is 50% with an average value of 74.4. In cycle I, the lowest score was 65.6 and the highest score was 82.4. This is not as expected because the expected result is at least the expected mastery > 80%, with the teacher value > 75. In cycle II, the obtained completeness is 100% with an average value of 81.8. The lowest score is 76.8 and the highest score is 90.4. This is in accordance with the expected because the expected results seudah achieve the expected completeness > 80%, with the value of teachers > 75.
