Abstrak
Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala pembelajaran daring di SD Negeri 38 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala yang dialami guru selama pembelajaran daring yaitu sulitnya mencari strategi yang sesuai dengan pembelajaran daring, guru kurang menguasai penggunan teknologi dan hanya menggunakan aplikasi WhatsApp, cara penilaian (sikap, pengetahuan, keterampilan) yang kurang efektif, kurangnya fasilitas yang dimiliki siswa dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring, sering terjadinya gangguan koneksi internet sehingga menghambat dalam proses pembelajaran daring, kuota bantuan dari Kemendikbud yang tidak dapat digunakan, guru tidak bisa menilai secara langsung kelemahan dan kelebihan setiap siswa, tugas yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa kebanyakan dikerjakan oleh orang tua siswa.

Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the obstacles to online learning at SD Negeri 38 Bengkulu City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. Data analysis used in this research is data collection by observation, interviews. The results showed that the obstacles experienced by teachers during online learning were the difficulty of finding strategies that were suitable for online learning, teachers were not good at using technology and only used the WhatsApp application, ineffective methods of assessment (attitudes, knowledge, skills), lack of facilities owned by students. In supporting online learning, there are frequent internet connection disruptions that hinder the online learning process, the quota for assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture cannot be used, the teacher cannot directly assess the weaknesses and strengths of each student, the tasks given by the teacher to students are mostly done by parents students.
