Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran IPS berupa RPP dan LKS berbasis karakter pada siswa kelas 4 SD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Instrument yang digunakan di validasi ahli dan praktisi kemudian hasil validasi di analisis dan dideskripsikan. Melalui hasil validasi diperoleh bahwa perangkat pembelajaran IPS berupa RPP memperoleh skor rata-rata 83,61 dan berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan untuk LKS memperoleh skor 84,52 berada pada kategori baik. Dengan demikian RPP dan LKS tersebut layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan Pendidikan karakter di dalamnya.

The purposes of this research were to produce social studies learning equipment in the form of lesson plans and students' worksheets based on the character for grade 4 of elementary school. This research type is development research. The research instruments used by the researcher were validated by experts and practitioners, then the results of the validation were analyzed and described. The result was shown that social studies learning equipment in the form of lesson plans obtained an average score of 83.61 and was in a good category. Meanwhile, students' worksheets obtaining a score of 84.52 was a good category. Thus, the lesson plans and students' worksheets were suitable for the learning process by integrating character building in them.
